These stills/clips have the opportunity to be showcased on toofy.com as a representation of the works being submitted. They may also be showcased at venues promoting the Toofy Film Fest and used in other various promotional campaigns including but not limited to television broadcast. . I also attest that this work contains no distribution agreements, assigned rights, production deals, or any other agreements that may prohibit the showing or screening of this work to the public based upon the parameters of the Toofy Film Fest 2008.
